Yes the flour that we get is cooked the traditional way with lime powder. Also we have recently changed our flour for a guaranteed Non GMO flour! Thank You!

Mmmmmmmm! Those were the best tortillas I have ever had! No kidding! I had them in the fridge for 4 days before we ate them (sorry!), so I heated them up on our gas stove burner and they were amazing. Such a nice texture and thickness! I need more!
